1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or altered products

4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in cash upon successful return and inspection of the product.
- If the product is returned in acceptable condition, you will receive a full refund in cash within 3 business days.
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or after the return window.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on the issue.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
